Carpit Terms of Use explain the scope of the service, user responsibilities, and account deletion workflow.
These Terms of Use describe the basic rules that apply when you use the Carpit mobile app and related web pages.
1. Scope of the Service
Carpit is a digital assistant designed to help users track vehicle expenses, periodic maintenance, inspections, insurance, and similar vehicle-management workflows.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the email, vehicle details, mileage, dates, and other records you enter into the app.
- Reminders are provided as a convenience; responsibility for official inspection, insurance, and maintenance obligations remains with the user.
- The service may not be used for abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or unlawful purposes.
3. Service Changes and Availability
Carpit may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time due to product, technical, security, or business needs.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services for ad delivery, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, or technical infrastructure. These services are used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Carpit Plus may be offered through Apple App Store with Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly subscription options.
Subscription billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple App Store account settings.
6. Account Deletion
Users may start an account deletion request from the app or the related web page. Once the request is verified, the account and associated data are permanently removed after the operational process is completed.
7. Intellectual Property
The Carpit brand, logo, designs, content, and software components are protected by applicable law and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.
